As a Guru you will be accountable for:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction among assigned clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and propose tailored solutions to address their needs effectively.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential and client value.
- Proactively address any client issues or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
- Lead contract negotiation processes, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company, and manage contract renewals in a timely manner.
- Monitor account performance metrics, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
