As a Guru you will be accountable for:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction among assigned clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and propose tailored solutions to address their needs effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential and client value.
  • Proactively address any client issues or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
  • Lead contract negotiation processes, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company, and manage contract renewals in a timely manner.
  • Monitor account performance metrics, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.



We're looking for someone who:

  • Experience in account management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in managing large, complex client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the industry landscape, market trends, and client needs within the assigned sector or vertical.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with both client objectives and company goals, driving mutual success.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex contract negotiations and drive win-win outcomes for all parties involved.
